As some of you may know, I am a part of the alternative indie pop(ish) trio Timothy Take Care, together with my long time friend and former band mate Jarle + the supertalented singer, songwriter and producer Xanatis. About the song
«Easier to Run» is about never settling down or being still for long enough to face your reality and own mortality. It’s constantly chasing new highs so you don’t have to think too hard about what you actually need or what’s really important. And so you’re forever playing tag with your past and continuously keep moving, running from consequences, your fears and an ever-approaching existential dread.
